Chicken Nugget Collectors ("the Game") is developed by Atom and Bits ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we handle information when you use the Game.

Information We Collect

The Game is designed to collect minimal information:

• Game data stored on your device: Progress, high scores, coins, cosmetic selections, daily streaks, settings, and purchase entitlement cache are stored locally on your device.
• Purchase status: If you buy the full game unlock, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
• Crash reports, if enabled: We may use Sentry to receive diagnostic information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and crash details so we can fix bugs.
• Anonymous analytics, if enabled: We may use PostHog to understand gameplay events such as levels started, levels completed, purchase flow status, and feature usage. Analytics events use an anonymous app-generated identifier and are not used for advertising or tracking across apps or websites.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account creation.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone recordings.
• We do not show third-party ads.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Local Storage

Most Game data remains on your device. If you uninstall the Game, locally stored progress and preferences may be deleted by iOS. App Store purchase history remains associated with your Apple ID and can be restored through Apple's purchase system.

In-App Purchases

The Game offers a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase called Full Game Unlock. Purchases and restores are handled by Apple App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details.

Children's Privacy

The Game is designed for players of all ages and is intended for an App Store age rating of 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-Party Services

The Game may use these services:

• Apple App Store and StoreKit for app distribution, in-app purchases, and purchase restoration.
• Sentry for crash reporting, if a Sentry DSN is configured in the production build.
• PostHog for anonymous product analytics, if a PostHog API key is configured in the production build.

Data Retention

Local Game data remains on your device until you delete the app or reset the app data. If crash reporting or analytics are enabled, diagnostic and anonymous analytics data are retained only as long as needed to operate and improve the Game.

Your Choices

You can remove local Game data by deleting the app from your device. You can restore eligible purchases using the Restore Purchases button in the Game.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
